Let´s use the enormous knowledge creation potential of AI in a cooperative manner! For an effective use of AI it is essential to keep humans in the loop as creative contributors, discerning reviewers, empathic decision makers - not to replace them! AI alone - like IT in general - does not create any value. AI has no will, in essence it is programmed to optimize statistical functions. Only the combination with human skills and organizational strengths can unfold it´s enormous benefits. AI tools can help minimizing bureaucracy, media breaches and multiple, inconsistent data entry. The power of the underlying statistical methods - the core of AI - allows for identifying common patterns, helps predicting usual pitfalls, improvements, risks or whatever is relevant for you. AI is very powerful in interpreting text, images, voice records and tabular data, for instance. It synthesizes most of that data much faster and more reliably than humans typically do. Human users can subsequently and iteratively leverage this prework to focus on human strengths: adding expertise, coordinating with others, overcoming social challenges, creatively solving problems, acting as a team and most importantly: taking action.

Ignoring this technical progress and hardly using it, is a waste and creates disadvantages for customers and your organization. Leveraging AI in an independent, proactive, ethical and responsible manner, however, results in progress and higher quality. Higher quality for things which really matter: for example the production and distribution of real food, grown and produced in symbiosis with nature, not exploiting or destroying scarce natural resources.

Our offering is to create and work on a joint AI-driven system, in which each partner keeps ownership of its data and organization, but uses shared AI tools and services. The resulting benefit covers the cost of this AI capabilty AND remains at the disposal of each organization. E.g. to further improve quality of work, invest freed up time in other areas or to keep services affordable for customers. Maximizing the amount of self-managed AI also reduces the risk of giving away financial gains to global, oligopolistic AI players who are mostly driven by shareholder value maximization only. Large GPTs are useful and very powerful, but it needs to be understood that any data and information which is shared with them, is subsequently used for training and re-training the underlying statistical model. This also means that your organization's knowledge and capabilities might be replaced by subscribable AI agents in the near future. This can be a large benefit, but bears the risk of averaging, lowering quality of services either (due to the nature of statistical models converging or inferring to an average or "optimum" value) - let alone the risk of your organization giving away competitive advantages.
